General Terms and Conditions:

Refund Amount:

If the refund request meets all the requirements and it is approved:

  • For Visa B1/B2:

    • If Client has NOT completed the form and has NOT been redirected to the Thank You page: 100% of the price of the service will be refunded.
    • If Client has completed the form and has been redirected to the Thank You page: 50% of the price of the service will be refunded, 100% of the Insurance fee will be refunded
  • For Canada Visa:

    • If Client has NOT completed the form and has NOT been redirected to the Thank You page: 100% of the price of the service and government fees will be refunded.
    • For any other status: 50% of the price of the service will be refunded, 100 % of the insurance fee and 100 % of the Government fee.

    Remark: Consular fees will only be refunded when they have not been paid to the Government of Canada.

    Remark: We recommend that you contact our Customer Service for any refund requests. Requesting a refund through your bank (charge dispute) does not guarantee you the reimbursement of our service fee and is a slower process than contacting our Customer Service.
